F2 Series Plastic Injection Moulding Machine

F2 Precision Injection Moulding Machine is a newly improved version under many years' successful experience of F series. The improvement includes design parameters, mechanical features, appearance and structure. Finite element analysis ensures the hardness and robustness of frame, clamping unit and injection unit. New version offers more flexibility to meet various requirements of our customers.

Machine features:

Clamping unit:
1. Compact design saving occupying space.
2. Finite Element Analysis ensures all platens key structural components for their maximum service life and best moulding results.
3. Advanced stress analysis software is applied to design of tie bars and screw.
4. Stable mould closing, opening and adjustment.
5. Enlarged tie bar distance, mould opening stroke providing flexibility in using larger mould.
6. The ejector cylinder plate together with movable platen form a single piece of casting. This improves rigidity of both ejector cylinder support and the platen.
7. Tail Platen and cross supporting cast in single piece, ensure the overall clamping unit strengthen.
8. Increased ejector stroke and robustness of cylinder support specific for long hollow plastic parts.

Injection unit:
1. Creative design of injection unit.
2. High flexibility to mach and change different diameter screws.
3. Diagonal layout of carriage cylinder to balance the supporting force.
4. Screw and barrel are made of high quality new materials, improved their working life.
5. Anti-wear bushes are replaced by copper bushes. Which improve the lubrication result.
6. Four-stage injection speed and pressure setting.
7. Four-stage holding pressure and speed setting.
8. Two-stage metering speed and pressure setting.

Hydraulic system:
1. Bosch/Rexroth proportional pressure valve and flow valve fitted in our machines improve the control precision.
2. Adoption of vane pump that matches with proportional flow valve and pressure valve, improves the control accuracy.
3. Variable displacement pump (with return line filtration system) with built- in proportional and pressure flow valve, ensure accuracy with energy saving.
4. All oil switches concentrated above oil circuit block easy for maintain and quick reaction.
5. New design of hydraulic circuit, easy for maintenance.
Adoption of intelligent power saving-automatic adjustment the flow of discharging pump according to required speed to reach the best power saving.
